This is something I have been using since the fall. It started with fighting travel funk, to helping with sinus/allergy issues, to staying healthy when I was nursing the 3 Huffmen back to health in January, to now!

You can make this with coconut oil or take it up a notch with Rose Ointment. Oils I would reach for:
