Hello,
I'm Lauren :) Never in my life did I think I would put the effort into a blog or website but here I am!
Thank you for being here!
I am currently a stay-at-home mom with a background in pediatric speech and feeding therapy. I love my profession but after losing my mom to rare neurodegenerative disease, followed by the pandemic, I am content staying home and working my network marketing business while I figure out the next chapter.
I have a passion for health & wellness. This stems from my background in feeding therapy, a PCOS diagnosis, and having kiddos.
HOWEVER,
I am a FIRM believer in a healthy balance when it comes to all the things! You can create healthy habits and still enjoy life’s indulgences. It’s not all or nothing ( in so many areas of life). I hope to teach my kiddos the same!
I do my best to incorporate what I know from my background in child development, into raising my boys. I love providing my kids with the tools they can use to support themselves when they are struggling and showing them that growing and learning is fun & enjoyable.
My personal growth and motherhood journey will also be a part of what I share. No one told me when my networking marketing business started to grow, it would require me to grow too. There is more than one aspect of my business I am grateful for, and personal growth is a big one!
While the blog is a work in progress, I can't wait to share more of what is helping my family and I stay balanced on this journey of ours.
